I had a rental property that over the years I had listed with no success. With the market dynamic changing, I decided to give it one more try. I assure you, they are all well earned. My wife and I first met Kathy Lineberger in 2018 when we were selling our home in Wilson prior to a move to Brevard, North Carolina. Chuck Williamson had an offer (that we accepted) for our house less than a month after we listed with him through Chesson. My wife and I also used him when we purchased our next home. Planning the closing date on the house we sold and the house we were going to buy was one of our many requests. Chuck handled that. There were also some other arrangements we needed considering we were doing all of this with a new addition to our family (a son who was 2 months old). Chuck handled that. When we had questions, Chuck answered our calls almost every time. When he didn't, he returned our calls or texted, often times, within in a few minutes. In other words, his communication is great. I believe the entire process from putting our house up for sale to the closing date was around 2 months. Very efficient in my opinion. Other things to consider about Chuck. He is capable of document handling electronically, which is convenient for those who are comfortable with technology and have busy schedules. Text, email, call, etc. As mentioned above, his communication is great and with multiple forms, you should not have a problem getting in touch with him. We sure didn't. He's also knowledgable of financing options, home inspection options, etc. Of course, its wise to research these options on your own, but he can provide you with that information as well. Overall, it was a positive, no time wasted experience. We recommend Chuck.

Lisa Langley Doering & Carol Ellis are true professionals. We live about an hour and half from Wilson, and we recently experienced the loss of a parent and beloved aunt. Pam Redding was our agent and we absolutely love her!! She was on the ball with everything we needed and was very informative when we had questions. She found a perfect match for the home we were selling and did so quickly! She was always accessible and very willing to help any way she could!! Very knowledgeable and personable!!!
